Terms & Conditions

DEFINITIONS: Waterside Holiday Park premises will hereinafter be called "the Park". "The Hirer" is the person responsible for making the booking. We/Us are the owners of the caravan.

1. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to book holidays.

2. The Hirer or a member of the Hirer's party must report to Reception on arrival to book in. This must be done before the caravan can be occupied.

3. The Hirer and members of the Hirer's party must accept full responsibility for their own personal property.

4. Damage or breakage's caused to any facilities or equipment must be reported immediately and be paid for.

5. The speed limit of 10 m.p.h. on the Park must be adhered to.

6. Some facilities will be available only at limited times or in high season.

7. All refuse should be placed in the bins provided around the Park.

8. Parents are asked to see that children do not cause damage and will be responsible for any damage caused by their children. Parents and other persons standing in their place are also responsible for supervising the safety of their children at all times (eg. by preventing climbing).

9. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

10. The Bylaws and Conditions and license of the District Council and the Park’s rules must be observed as must the usual codes and understandings relating to good caravanning.

11. Neither we nor any other person or individual company involved in operating or managing the Park, nor any associated or subsidiary company shall be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage (direct or indirect), loss of or damage to any property, including motor vehicles, motor cycles or the like, however caused, sustained by or occasioned to any person (including persons under the age of 18 years) whose name or names appear on the Application Booking Form, whether resulting from or caused by the negligence, default, wilful act, omission or otherwise of us, the individual companies or persons operating or managing the Park, their employees, servants, agents, or concessionaires, or of guests, residents, occupiers or invitees.

12. Non-swimmers and children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the vicinity of the swimming pools and all rules and regulations must be observed.

13. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the play areas.

14. Noise of all kinds (including music and singing) must always be kept at reasonable levels, and between 11.00 p.m. and 8.00 a.m. must not be audible outside the caravan.

15. In the interests of all visitors the Park reserves the right to refuse admission to any person or groups of persons at its discretion.

16. No refunds will be given for alterations on pre-bookings.

17. NO COMMERCIAL OR SIGN-WRITTEN VEHICLES PERMITTED

18. Families and couples only - no single-sex parties or unaccompanied groups of teenagers are accepted.
